Frequently Asked Questions
-
I do monthly bookkeeping. I categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements every month, keeping your books ready to file taxes at anytime. I can also do Accounts Receivable (invoicing clients) and Accounts Payable (paying vendors).
-
I am willing to work with any business and hop on a call with you and see if we can work together.
-
Yes I do! Don’t be embarrassed if you have fallen years behind it is quite common. Pricing would depend on the size and complexity of the business. I can base it off your last three months of all bank statements or by getting access to your Quickbooks and get you a quote. I greatly prefer having ongoing clients, and I will usually give you a discount on the catch up work if you sign on to be a monthly client of mine.
-
I do a one-time charge for any clean-up or catch up work you would need, and charge a monthly ongoing charge for monthly bookkeeping for you.
-
It would depend on the size and complexity of your business. A good way I can determine that is to get access to your Quickbooks Online account and take a look, or if you don’t have Quickbooks set up yet I can look at your last three months of all bank statements and credit card statements and determine pricing that way.

Your bookkeeper maintains the daily foundation. I keep transactions organized, accurate, and up-to-date year-round. Your accountant or CPA uses those clean records to handle high-level tax strategy and file annual returns. Having clean books saves you thousands in CPA fees at year-end.

I don’t do payroll. When you run payroll I can categorize it and get it accounted for in your books every month. I also don’t do taxes and am not a CPA. But, I work with a CPA closely who does great work I can refer you to.
